European R&W & *RC GTPI female rankings - April 2024

April 11, 2024 Europe offers some of the highest Red and White and Red Carrier females in the Holstein breed based on GTPI base. The influence of several foundation cows are significant and dominating in the list, with for example Golden Oaks Mark Prudence & Sanderij Massia Sneeuwwitje. A new leader in the R&W GTPI ranking with females at +3058 GTPI from the Cookiecutter MOM Halo family! She is followed by an early Tricky-Red daughter from the Netherlands: Koepon Tricky Range 319 Red at +3049 GTPI and making the top 3 complete with also a Tricky-Red daughter at +2995 GTPI. European heifers in global GTPI top charts!

April 9, 2024 Genosource Captain has again a lot of influence in the April '24 run with females! He added almost 2400 daughters to his index and increased to +3287 GTPI (+34 for GTPI) with 4153 daughters in his index. His son, DG Space (+3186 GTPI / +1192 NM$) delivered this run the #1 GTPI heifer in Europe with DG Magpie at +3275 GTPI, which she combines with a tremendous balanced index, as well she is the #1 heifer in Europe with >+3200 GTPI and >+2.00 PTAT! New leaders in the gPFT index!

April 2, 2024 The new indexes from Italy just came in! A new leader in the gPFT genomic (domestic) ranking is Ecbert (s. Gladius) at +5123 gPFT. At the second spot we find Alanzo son Al.Co.Bia Essence at +5048 gPFT and making the top 3 complete with Al.Co.Bia Soproni, a Zingler x Mojo at +5002 gPFT. At the 13th spot we find Tirsvad Mazarack, a Pellegrino son out of a Riveting daughter at +4889 gPFT and bred by Tirsvad Holsteins. Topping the Italian daughter proven ranking is Yoox at +4545 gPFT, followed by Aristocrat son Wilder Holocron at +4524 gPFT and at the 3rd spot Isolabella Inseme Distefano at +4501 gPFT. Indexday! New leaders in the Swiss index!

April 2, 2024 Today, it's INDEX DAY! We start today with the first indexes coming in from Switzerland! The new leader in the Swiss chart is Blakely son Swissgen Enrico at +1667 ISET. He is followed by the #1 ISET sire of the December '23 run: TGD-Holstein Beautyman at +1647 ISET and making the stage complete with Swissgen Empire (s. Blakely) at +1633 ISET.
