January 15, 2018 With three class winners in a row the Swiss Expo couldn’t be better for Hullcrest Holsteins. In the youngest class Bel Scissor Brenda took the first place with behind her Bel Bag2 Solomon Bella, which took the second position. January 11, 2018 Four new exciting heifers are now in ownership of Rinderzuchtbetrieb Hellwig & Zuchtbetrieb Siepermann. Steffi Red (s. Mega-Watt) & Ri-Val-Re Rasb *RC (s. Rubi-Asp) are two sisters from a family that delivered many bulls for AI: the Gen-I-Beq Goldwyn Secret VG-87-CAN family. They are also from the same family as high ranking sire Salvatore *RC. Also a new additive to the barns of Hellwig & Siepermann is Bickleygate Mission Roxy PP. She is a Red Carrier Mission P daughter and going back on the Golden-Oaks Perk Rae-Red EX-90-USA family. Roxy P is very interesting because she is homozygote polled and scores +147 RZG! The final addition to their herds is Glenhaven Hurricane 2501. January 10, 2018 The third edition of the Video show of the Aeres Hogeschool in Dronten was a successful one for Holbra Holsteins. In a strong competition between 120 B&W’s & R&W’s Holbra Chica became Intermediate Champion and later on Grand Champion of the show. Holbra Lathoya 1 won her class and became the 2-Yr. January 8, 2018 Last Friday Drakkar Bulona is classified as a 6yr old with 91 points excellent. She became 93 points for her udder & dairy strength, 91 points for her frame and 88 points for her feed and legs. Bulona is sired by Lotta Hill Shottle 41 and from the same family as Ord Bizou EX-90-FR. She is a well-known cow in the show circuit. Last December she was showed at the HHH-Show and became HM Senior Champion. Bulona was also Grand Champion at Wintershow Zwolle ’17 and pre-selected for the European Show in Colmar ’16!
